　　早上起来，我自己穿上衣服，就叠被子，把被子叠得整整齐齐，让我养成一个好习惯。我自己去刷牙洗脸。之后我背诵古诗词，因为能增加我的知识。吃完早饭后我开始做我的寒假作业，看看书跟练练字，我还在早上做运动，锻炼身体，让自己不生感冒。

　　我会在中午吹萨克斯，让自己吹萨克斯的水平比以前更好。吹完萨克斯，我就会休息眼睛。

　　下午我继续写作业，并且我会适当地读一些课外书。到了休息时间，我会找一些好伙伴来玩跳绳，完了之后玩一会电脑游戏。到了晚上，我会坚持写一篇日记，把一天到晚有趣的事情写下来，增加自己的作文水平。写完作文，我再跟妈妈玩跳棋、象棋，丰富我一天的生活。

　　寒假最兴奋的就是新年了。新年大家不仅能团聚在一起，也能收到压岁钱。我会拿钱来买一些对爷爷奶奶有用的东西，我想：“爷爷奶奶看了一定会很开心。”最后，我祝愿大家能快乐地度过这个新年。

　　白驹过隙，转眼间，春节到来了，这是个举国欢庆的时刻！在那天，我要和我的亲人一起去趟图书馆，去领略祖国那一篇篇优美的篇章，沉浸在书的海洋中。吸收用之不竭的甘霖，享用无穷无尽的知识。接着，我们要去趟外婆家，我们要去祭奠我的外婆外公，他们去世刚好一年，我要为他们祝福，让他们保佑我，在新的一年里心想事成！

　　我盼望着明天下一场雪，那么我就能和伙伴们打雪仗，堆雪人了。每年这个时候，是我最开心的时候，和自己的好朋

　　友玩，肯定是趣味无穷！

　　痛痛快快玩一场后，接下来要面对的便是作业。我准备一天写10页。在剩下的日子里，我要好好的进行复习工作，把寒假中所遗忘的全部补回来。还要进行充分的预习作业，通过书籍充分了解下学期的内容，准备迎接新的挑战！

　　一、寒假补习弱项 提升综合成绩

　　中考看的是考试总分，考生各科成绩均衡很重要。初中生能够利用这个寒假纠正自己的偏科习惯。纠正偏科首先要解决心态问题。很多考生数学不好，主要是害怕数学，认为自己没有数学天赋，学不好。其实只要努力，大部分学生的偏科现象都能够纠正过来。

　　根据期末考试结果，初中生要抽出时间认真总结教训，找出自己的强弱项，并强化强项，弥补弱项。弱项提高分数的空间很大，考生要认真分析自己弱项的问题所在，找到弥补的办法。除了在弱项上多花时间外，强项也不能放松。有的考生觉得自己平时数学不错，就很少花时间在数学上，结果到了中考时，数学成绩反而下降了。

　　二、错题的整理与复习，知识点的`归纳与总结

　　上学期的题目进行整理，看看那些题目是做错的或者不会的，把这些题整理出来，要想进步，这些题是非常重要的。

　　同时把题目归纳总结，比如题目的考察知识点，解题方法，类型题有哪一些，改变条件自行编题等

　　最后就是错题和不会的题一定要反复练习，错题不错为止!

　　三、阅读课外书 留心作文素材

　　不少初中生对作文头疼的最大原因是觉得没东西可写。寒假时间相对充裕，初中生要学会观察生活，积累作文素材。寒假中，初中生要有意识地思考一些问题，并注意积累，多看、多听、多想、多练习，提高观察、分析能力。

　　不少同学喜欢利用假期阅读课外书。建议初中生在阅读时可将一些有意义的素材记录在笔记本上，如一些名人名言、时事知识、历史人物故事及成语典故等。这对你的作文有帮助。

　　【听力】听力水平无疑是新托福成功与否的关键，除阅读外，无论哪一部分都离不开“听”。所以可以说听力是六周内每周甚至每天都要坚持锻炼的一块。托福考试的听力是长对话或是5分钟左右的讲座。光靠听答题有点难，这就需要养成记笔记的习惯。练托福听力的时候，可以先备好记笔记的本子，听时把重要细节迅速记下来，如时间、地点等，这样在答题的时候才有把握。所以听力要“玩命”记笔记，要学会用简单符号记要点，比如：上箭头表示发展迅速，下箭头表示业绩下滑。听力的6篇阅读中有4篇是讲座，都是五六分钟一篇，篇幅很长，你认为自己能记住的东西，实际上到最后都忘了。所以不管有用没用，要边听边记。不过笔记虽然重要，却不要纯粹地为了记笔记而记笔记，耽误了大脑对于听力材料的整合。平时要注意泛听，经常下载一些各种英文音频听，坚持每天听上一个小时，这对提高听力水平很有帮助。比如手头有些事，但也不妨碍听东西的时候，可以进行泛听，但每天的精听是必须的，在刚开始听的时候，可以选择难度和你目前水平相近的几篇VOA之类的听力材料，听写下，看看结果，做下自己的听力分析：是否理解文章大意，错误率最高的点主要在哪里，是否总有些题材的听写正确率很低等，然后之后有意识地重点加强自己薄弱点。一般建议第一二周是基础听力加强，主要让自己适应英语听力环境，了解自己听力状态，泛听+精听训练，每周末的时候听力材料的难度都要比周一增加些，并找到合适自己的一些听力技巧和方法等。第三四周主要是针对考试听力题型等做训练，适应托福听力的题型。最后2周便是一个加强阶段，这个阶段，听力方面应该有不少进步，那接下去主要用真题或模拟题去测试，给自己严格限定时间，必须全部做完听力部分后才能去对答案，进行分析等。

　　【阅读】阅读部分应该是我们最有把握，但也是容易失分的一个部分。阅读题我们从初中开始练习，应该是“身经百战”，也相信大家有比较丰富的阅读方面的做题技巧和经验，如果这方面觉得还是自己的老大难，应该好好反思并尽快找到合适自己的方法技巧。托福阅读考试对词汇要求很高，因为词汇比重相当大。所以建议可以给自己订词汇学习目标，如规定每天背30个单词，一周复习总结一次。另外背单个单词时，要注意它的同义词、近义词的学习，多总结、积累。做题时要看清题目，然后到文中找到与题目相关的内容，理解句子意思。每天做4篇阅读理解的话，对做错的题目分析做错的原因，是词汇掌握不透彻，还是理解错误，下次就要注意改正错误。多做阅读理解有助于提高阅读速度。在做的时候，一定要给自己限时，刚开始可以时间稍微充裕点，但越到后期，越要减少做题时间，比一般完成托福一篇阅读题的时间还要缩下。而且一般考试也很少有多余时间允许你再回去检查一遍，所以每个题目都要当成最终答案去判断和选择，再模糊不确定的题目，也要先记录下可能性最大的答案。不然做题做到后面完全会忘了前面的做题思路，再回过去思考为时已晚。还有平时我们做练习最常见的就是对着一本练习册，因此对着纸张长时间做阅读题很习惯，但托福考是机考，长时间对着电脑上长篇幅的英语文章必然是不适应的，所以平时除了对着纸张上的题目做练习，用电脑阅读国外文章，浏览国外网站也是必须的。

　　【口试】口语其实比听力和阅读更难在短时间内提高，没有语言环境等好的条件，中国学生提高口语是很难的。当然也不要灰心，即使难，主要努力也能取得一定进步。有些人建议看美剧电影来提高口语，笔者并不赞同。毕竟托福是考试，美剧电影中的口语因题材不同

　　而不同，有些太过口语化，有些地方方言、俚语等太多，还有美剧电影容易分散注意力，最后很容易被其情节吸引过去，而忘了最初的目的。

　　口语练习的方法很多，如找个搭档一起练，讲故事，大声朗读等。笔者建议基本的日常对话可以在平时的生活作息中锻炼，其他的都是要有针对性的。如第一二周，大家可以找些志同道合的搭档，一起约好时间练习，主要练就某一话题阐述自己的观点这一块。阐述完后可以让对方给你指出优缺点，当然，最好对方比你水平高些，这样指出来的点也更精准。这个阐述自己观点，还可以网上找些相关的音频视频材料，最好是国外的，比如辩论赛，选举等，可以学习他们如果简明扼要又非常到位地阐述方式、句型等。接下去几周拿真题做训练，练的时候可以适当记些笔记，梳理下自己的讲话思路后再开始说。而且语速快不代表你就够优秀，有些同学语速快，但发音不标准，都是词汇，不连贯?口试考察的'是多方面，语速要流畅，发音要准确到位等。

　　【写作】这是个托福作文范文和优秀习作满天飞的年代，一篇优秀习作出来之后，往往大家顶礼膜拜之余用心学习的并非其语言转换能力，并非其句子和段落起承转合的方式，也并非其思维发散展开思路的技巧，大家常常只是记住了每个题目别人用了什么例子，然后照猫画虎生搬硬套。那些类似牛顿如何从树上掉落的苹果而思考万有引力定律这样的例子，就像我们中国学生从小写的“我在马路边捡到一分钱把它交到警察叔叔手里边”一样滥俗。试想，ETS的评分人员看到千篇一律的此类例子，除了觉得这个学生毫无新意之外，会认定此人没有自己的思考能力而并不适合赴美高等院校深造。

　　现在，趁着假期，我刚好能在这短暂的休息时间里好好的巩固过去的所学，让自己在下次开学时，以一个扎实的基础面对老师的教导。为此，我对自己的寒假规划如下：

　　一、寒假的前段

　　这次的假期里，我将自己假期分为了三个阶段，在这个第一个阶段里，我要先总结好自己在这个阶段的情况。

　　首先，在这个阶段我要总结一下自己的情况，了解自己在哪些科目，哪些地方有怎样的不足，要详细的了解自己，这样才能更深入的去改正自己。

　　其次，我要收集准备好复习的资料，准备在年前去书店或网上购买习题和参考书。还要规划好寒假作业的完成步骤。

　　最后，要确定好自己的日程，过年较忙，要将必须消耗的时间算进去。进行进一步规划。

　　二、中期阶段

　　中期阶段复习应该早已进入正轨，具体的安排大致如下：

　　上午：趁着头脑清醒学习数学，对过去的难题、错题进行分析和练习，提高自己的应变能力。

　　中午：休息，整理上午的所学，并外出运动。

　　下午：学习语文、英语，等文科类题目。主要针对背诵的知识点，增加自己的知识量。并且在晚饭前解决今天量的作业和试题。

　　晚上：休息，缓解疲劳的同时复习今天的学习。

　　基本上第二阶段就是按照这样的流程度过，但如果有意外事情，就需要自己做出调整。

　　三、末期阶段

　　这时寒假已经快要结束，对我来说，最重要的已经不是在假期中学习更多的知识了。在这个阶段，我要加紧复习在上个学期末所学的知识，并对下学期的内容再次进行复习，做好在开学后的接轨工作，让自己能更好的与老师的教学接轨。
